Babies don’t need a lot of gear to be happy, they really don’t. Although every mommy blog and parenting website suggest you need to buy every single new item for your damn progeny or you don’t really love your kid. Eff that.
Here are 7 items that I’ve learned that your kid REALLY needs to be happy (and you too be happy as well) beyond the super obvious: food, water, shelter, love, stroller, car seat, etc, etc, etc.
The 7 Survival Items Are
1. Pack and Play
2. Noise Machine
3. ONE interactive learning thing
4. ONE GO To Book
5. ONE really good sippy cup
6. Socks that stay on
7. PUFFS (Babies Love Puffs)

Be a Man. Be a Father. Go Dad Mode. | I’m a first time dad and have no idea what I’m doing. Fortunately, no one does, so we’re all in this together. Let’s chat. | It’s more difficult than ever to raise normal, level-headed children in this politically correct, everyone gets a trophy, “if you serve my child high fructose corn syrup I’ll sue your ass” society. Our goal should be to raise humble and hardworking individuals instead of the self-entitled princess or douche bags that our culture has been churning out recently. On Dad Mode, we’ll discuss the ways we might achieve said goal and the roadblocks that will be in our way. It’ll be a lot of fun and please join us on our brand new parenting journey.
